Spectrum Services provides neurodiversity-affirming, individualized coaching. We support individuals who are neurodivergent or suspect they may be, as well as those looking to learn more.

My coaching approach is rooted in my experience as a neurodivergent individual, years of experience working with other neurodivergent people, and my education. While coaching does not require any specific credentials, my credibility lies in my lived and professional experience alongside my university education. I am passionate about understanding those who have always felt misunderstood, and I am committed to providing valuable support to create the change you want to see.

Coaching is not therapy, although therapy is a wonderful complement to my services. My approach focuses on teaching and empowering individuals with tools and strategies to use in the present moment. I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental illnesses, though I am able to provide you with practical tools and resources to help foster meaningful change (or simply just listen as someone who gets it!).

I aim to create a space that is accessible for all. I am always happy to work with clients regarding what works best for them to be the most comfortable. Examples include:

  • Accepting the clients need for the coach to turn of the webcam, or the client to turn away from the camera if eye contact feels overwhelming.

  • Having the option of a phone call if it is better suited for you.

  • Freedom to stim or use stim tools in session without judgement 

  • Discussing the expectations for the session at the beginning to increase feelings of certainty.
